"We stayed here on our first visit to Santiago and found it to be a comfortable and welcoming choice. The location is excellent, with plenty of boutiques, cafés, and restaurants all around within easy walking distance. The room was clean and well-kept, though the wooden floors did squeak a bit. Most of the staff spoke English, which was very helpful as first-time visitors. Parking in the area is difficult, but we didn’t have a car and honestly didn’t need one since everything was close by....

"Great location, but with that comes some noise... the kitchen is the best we found in our long trip. There is even olive oil and a knife sharpner. Im impressed. Could be a little cleaner, found some long hairs on the floor abd kitchen sink still dirty. Bathroom was clean though."

"Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. It’s a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at."

"Lovely staff, hotel had everything you need, lovely pool, most things are walking distance, metro nearby. Lastarria is a safe area to stay, especially if traveling alone."
