"My husband and I loved this classically elegant hotel. Extremely clean and beautiful rooms with very high quality linens. Great location in the Lastarria neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. The highlight was the staff. Martin the concierge arranged two private day trips for us and we loved the guides who showed us Valparaiso and the Casablanca wine region and the Cajon de maipo mountains and the Maipo Valley wine area. "Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Very eager to make one feel welcome and taken care of. An aide and the other young lady ( who I am sad to say I seem to forgot ) at desk were great. We had a very early flight and breakfast was waiting for us as was prearranged with the night clerk also very accommodating. The rooftop restaurant was tasty. Would definitely stay here again. Recommended "

"Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. It’s a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at."
