"It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . "We had an easy check-in. Friendly staff welcomed us and we settled in quickly so we could enjoy the sites. We walked to all tours and restaurants. The restaurant next door was so good, we ate their twice! The property is well located to everything - food, shopping and more!"

"The building had multiple units and we stayed in the Melody unit which was on the top floor. It might be a problem for people with mobility issue since we had to climb up 4 sets of stairs but it wasn't a problem for us. The apartment was very spaces compared to other places we stayed in Italy. The bathroom looked like it was newly remodeled. The apartment was very clean. There was a washer and drying rack.
