The room was always clean, Fulvio was accessible for anything we needed. The property is in a great spot in Florence and we were so grateful to be staying here. "Dark, minimal lighting, depressing. Arived after 4 p.m. Sent code to get in front door and apartment. Card on table for room 4 didn't work. Another guest tried it to. Called then found keys in office as instructed to open room 4 door. Lights wouldnt work as no card. Told on phone to take hidden key to a cupboard in office and use the master card in my room for my lights which worked. THIS NEANT I COULD HAVE ACCESSED EVERYONE'S ROOM. SHOCKING BREACH OF PRIVACY AND SECURITY. Took over an hour...

"Amazing property, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had a full living room, kitchen, bedroom with a ton of closet space and large bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and knew us by name right away. It was super convenient to walk to everything being centrally located. "

"This property had everything we needed for our stay in a fantastic location in the heart of Florence. Our room had plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. There was just one thing: I bumped my head on a square piece of furniture sticking out over the luggage spot in the entrance hall. This could be reshaped or removed for the future. Very Kind staff! Excellent value! I would definitely come back to this property."

"Pulizia ottima, stanza comoda, tranquillo e in posizione strategica per la visita della città. Ottima la possibilità di avere acqua disponibile prelevabile da un erogatore in corridoio che fornisce acqua fredda (frizzante e naturale) e a temperatura ambiente. Unico punto negativo, ma non incide sulla valutazione, l'ascensore é a misura xxxs... dovevo entrare di schiena altrimenti non sarei riuscito ad uscire 😀"

The location was perfect for shopping, sites, nightlife & dining. There are zero amenities, no room service, no morning coffee…but I’d still stay here again and again. "
