"This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate. Also, when we arrived, we had to check in using the codes although we arrived before 4 PM. This was not a big deal but I wanted to mention. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The communication was good."

"This is a great hotel in the center of everything in Florence. The staff was clear and efficient, the room was comfortable and beautiful in an understated way and the balcony on our second floor room gave us a terrific view of the street. I would recommend this hotel."

"The Palazzo Graziani was a beautiful respite in a busy city. Behind the giant, ancient wooden doors was a welcoming, clean bed and breakfast. The breakfast had a variety of meat, cheese, breads, cakes, coffee, tea and juices. The room had comfortable beds. Location was convenient to many good restaurants. If you do the pasta cooking experience with Cooking with Elvis, it is a 5 minute walk from this inn."
