"The apartment was larger than I expected. It was nice to have the area at the end to have a glass of wine looking over the rooftops. It was all clean and tidy. The steps were a bit of a killer, especially with the suitcase, but we only had to do that once. It gave us nice views though. The location was great. Close to just about everything but, because you were four floors up, it seemed quiet."

"This property had everything we needed for our stay in a fantastic location in the heart of Florence. Our room had plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. There was just one thing: I bumped my head on a square piece of furniture sticking out over the luggage spot in the entrance hall. This could be reshaped or removed for the future. Very Kind staff! Excellent value! I would definitely come back to this property."

"This is a very cool hotel and we enjoyed our time in Florence. The only thing is there was no air conditioning. It worked for a few hours but then only blew hot air. We did not try to reach customer service about the issue but I’m sure they would have helped if we did. I read there were A/C regulations that did not allow for it to be turned on until April 15th, so I didn’t bother to ask about it.
