"The location is absolutely stunning. 2 minutes to central train station, where you can find everything. 15 minutes walking to first Karlplatz and then Marienplatz, the most charming site in Munich. One stop by U4/U5 to Oktoberfest. The hotel is very safe and very clean. The staffs are very helpful. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel b/c train Station has more choices. Very pleasant to stay there. Strongly recommend."

"We travel a lot, Germany was not necessarily the easiest to find small properties with reasonable prices. Many businesses had intentionally inflated their rates because of Oktoberfest. As fun and festive Oktoberfest is to experience, the event is located in a large outside space that you need to find your way to, and navigate through thousands of festival goers and probably get discouraged from paying for overpriced food and beer, especially when it’s next to impossible to enter a bier garten....

"Modern industrial style hotel. Clean and warm during winter time. Although not sure if it will be as good during hot summer day as I can't see any air conditioning, only heater. Service were great, friendly and helpful. Another great things about this hotel is their fair policy if you decided to not to ask for room service for cleaning it gave you a choice between wines, beer or others. "My husband and I traveled to Munich for Oktoberfest and stayed at the Maximilian Munich Apartment and Hotel. The location was perfect — within easy walking distance of the Old Town, Marienplatz, the Neues Rathaus, and plenty of great restaurants. It’s also conveniently close to the metro.
