"The location was great and room was comfortable. Not a luxurious stay if you’re used to that. Staff was nice and breakfast was great. They accommodated laundry service for us. My only complaint was that the hair dyer didn’t work and when I told them, they didn’t have one to replace it with. Had to air dry my hair. Overall, we would stay again."

"Perfect location for walking to the major tourist platz. Very boutique feel to this unique property. Rooms include a small kitchen, table for two, sofa, bad and a lovely balcony above an hidden garden. The only negative was the room heating system. It was so warm in the room we turned it off and slept with the window open. Granted we are from Texas and keep AC at 70f"

"Truly delightful stay at the Platz Hotel. It’s a beautiful and majestic showcasing some Bavarian designs with some modern accents. It’s centrally located in Old Town where it’s within walking distance to major attractions and transit lines. My room was spacious, clean, and had different amenities. Thank you to Peter and the rest of the team for their professionalism, kindness, and being so resourceful. I enjoyed my stay at the Platz and would recommend you staying there!"

Service were great, friendly and helpful. Another great things about this hotel is their fair policy if you decided to not to ask for room service for cleaning it gave you a choice between wines, beer or others. "There is virtually no lobby, no breakfast at property. Looks like low cost housing but rooms are ok. Bare minimum. Front desk not staffed 24/7 and actually closed holidays. Not a real hotel. Expensive for what you get. Good location but noisy area - across from casino. Hotel itself very quiet. Homeless people around. Felt safe but definitely not luxury property. "

"Stayed for 3 nights. Great location , 3 minutes to Marienplatz. Clean room and friend staff. Breakfast is good. You get a cup of hot tea or coffee any time, which is definitely plus"

"Frisch renoviertes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Das Hotel hat eine eigene Parkgarage und U-Bahnstation direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer waren super sauber und neuwertig. Außerdem gibt es kostenlos alkoholfreie Getränke. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für die nächste München Reise wird das Hotel wieder gebucht."
