"Thr only thing that upset me was putting 2 bottles of water in my room saying I would be charged for the water if I drank it because I wasn't a member of the .Hyatt club. And the price i paid for the 5 nights was expensive. I just might have a change of Hotels for my next trip to Ohio. "

"The room we had was really spacious. It was clean and had a larger TV then normal. The bed was comfortable. The only thing was we could here the hallway door closing. And the sink was small for the room.We have plans to stay again to try the breakfast. "

"I didn't enjoy the coffee. Personal preference I guess. I found the hotel to be quiet and comfortable. Beds were very nice. Granddaughter enjoyed the pool. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a happy stay. I would suggest another front desk person at peak check in time to make check in go a little quicker. Close to lots of things. "
