"Clean, quiet and perfect close to the airport "

"Die Zimmer schön gemacht und sauber etwas klein, aber zum schlafen reicht es. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Auswahl war Standart. Das Rührei war nur noch lauwarm, schade. "

"Unsere Erfahrung mit dem Hotel Schwarzsee war durchwachsen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die exponierte Lage, gute Aussicht aus den Zweibettzimmern und das freundliche Personal, insb. im Restaurant, sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Negativ war unser Zimmer, in welchem Teile des Fussbodens und Mobiliar defekt waren. Gestört hat uns vor allem die Dusche: im Stehen Duschen war nicht möglich, da der Schlauch dafür zu kurz war, dazu Schimmel in den Fugen. Vor Ort angesprochen versprach die Rezeption...

"There was some sort of daily service but the room wasn't vacuumed and towels not changed for the entiredurationof our stay. It seemd the room attendant would just empty bins and tidy up the room. Water bottle was replenished only on the second day, however there always was a jug with water in the corridor so it wasn't a problem for us. "

"Just amazing. 400 m from the Violetts Gondola and they still offer a shuttle to the lifts. The staff are incredible. A beautiful welcome, smiles and genuine hospitality. The breakfast is sensational and dining first class. The views from the room takes your breath away and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is a gem and massively added to the enjoyment of our trip. Thank you to all. "
