"Love this property and stay every time we are in Richmond. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The property is on a great location and it’s beautiful. The bar and restaurant and room service are all great too!"

"We were very happy with our stay at Linden Row. Parking is a block away for $10. The property, especially the rooms show their age. However, our room was decorated in a way that reminded us of the old South, specifically old Charleston. The bed was very comfy and the AC worked great. Coffee in the lobby was good. Breakfast on the property is ordered then brought to your room. The highlight is sweet Annabelle… the sweetest kitty on earth! We would definitely stay there again."

"The only thing that I can say is that the hotel was in a very shady area but there was a police officer on the premise during the night. There was a very moldy odor in the room, there were holes in the walls, there was no bath mat in the bathroom tub or anything to secure my footing (I slipped in the shower). "My buddy described this place as “the kind of hotel you’d take strippers to.” Well needless to say the show we got afterwards was worth it "

"Perhaps this is a more general hotel thing cutting corners and not including stuff that used to be standard but there is basically no housekeeping. They change towels (no fresh linens, no cleaning) every other day. Literally we got new towels and a roll of toilet paper. Supposedly if you stay a week they clean the room. "During my one-week stay I had several problems with my key access to my room. I paid ahead of time for the full week my room access card would not work on at least 5 occasions. Each time I had to go to the office to have my keycard "fixed", and had to wait in line behind other guests who were signing in to even talk to the counter person. The Motel seems to be understaffed.
