We had a balcony that overlooked the city and got to see and hear the city come alive at night. The rooftop restaurant has such good food and the views are breathtaking! "Love this hotel! Free breakfast was great, the ac worked AMAZING and there was a super strong ceiling fan!! Much needed after the heat you withstand all day in Cartagena "
