"Excelente ubicación, cerca de todos los lugares de interés. El hotel es muy bonito, tranquilo, confortable. La suite junior que ocupamos es muy cómoda (solo requiere un cambio de ventilador de techo). El desayuno es bueno, la comida del restaurante muy buena. Pero sin duda la atención y amabilidad de todo el personal es lo mejor. Totalmente recomendable. Nos volveremos a alojar allí."

"The hotel is in floor 5 of the building, it’s pretty new, room is very big, super clean, beautiful and modern. The view is incredible beautiful, in one side you have the clock tower and fortress wall and in the other side the bay decks with all the boats. Location is super convenient, all the tours we made we walk to the meeting point. You only need to cross the street and everything is there, food, souvenirs, all historic town. "Cinco Quintas Cartagena exceeded expectations! Perfectly located in the heart of the city, it’s just steps from everything. The breakfast was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. "The staff was very warm, welcoming and professional. The room and facilities are very nice, but we had a few issues with plumbing fixture in the bathroom and water pressure. Other than those issues, everything was excellent. Rooms were maintained well during visit. The hotel restaurants (Jardin and 1612) and bar onsite were excellent. Great stay overall and I do recommend."
