"We had a two queen room that was quite large. The room had nice beds and high ceilings, but no fridge or microwave. I know there was one in the lobby, but would have been nice to have one in the room."

"Convenient location near places to eat. Stay was comfortable, clean and quiet for a good night rest."

"This place was disgusting. Our couch had no mattress and was caved in. Rooms were dirty, dishwasher unrun and full of stagnant water. Old water bottles under couch, pitcher with old veverage in fridge, crumbs everywhere, something splashed all over the bedding, red stains on carpet, totally gross. Do not recommend. "

"There is no gift store. The breakfast was all cold items Except for the do it yourself waffle grill."

"Room clean beds clean just need new beds so they are a little more comfy, the staff is hard to understand the mumbles and they lied. I asked for more pillow im disabled n needed them and she said only one working and I am doing my paper work . Go down and shes doing her nails and still woukdnt get me pillows. Aunt went down and made her get pillows out of a empty room and she was to nice. In a hotel that size you wouldn't have muat one person its not realistic just lying. But everything was...

"It is an incredibly beautiful resort!!!! Beautiful room, lobby,restaurants and impeccably fabulous landscaping! Every person was polite and gracious! We were more than impressed with your property!!!!!"

"Room with handicap bathroom. Shower curtain so short that bathroom floor flooded when shower used. No free breakfast. Coffee maker in room not operational. $6 bottle of water in the room. Just not impressed."

"We stayed for 3 nights. We had ants and gnats in our room. We told the staff, they offered to move us. We declined so they came in and sprayed. The tv is not a smart enough tv. We were unable to use our apps, the picture was fuzzy also. The carpet in our room was very dirty. The mirror was cracked. The overall cleanliness was good. The room is just seen better day. Breakfast was a nice selection. Parking is limited. We had to park in another businesses lot overnight which we did not care for. "
