"1.We checked into our room and the air conditioner unit had a loud squeak so we changed our room. 2. The next room has a strong odor from a cleaning product. 3. Television reception is horrible! no high definition , no streaming Capabilities and they’re only 113 stations Took 13 seconds every time you change the channel for a picture up here Needless to say, we’ll never stay at that Hampton Inn again in North Wales very very disappointed"

"It’s been a few times that there wasn’t a mattress on the pullout sofa which made the sofa concave when sitting on it. The staff members at the desk told me they didn’t know where any mattresses were in the hotel to fix the inconveniences. We were given a different room this last stay and again, no mattress and still the same response from the front desk. Sorry but can’t help with that."

"No microwave in my room, even though the pictures on their website show one. The front desk informed me only suites have a microwave. The elevator had the control panel hanging askew with many missing bolts, my bathroom had broken and loose tile, the shower water valve spun 360 degrees and was almost impossible to adjust, and no free breakfast. $6 for a muffin?? Lastly, I had to checkout at 5 am. I waited at the front desk for about 2 minutes before a woman popped out of the office and loudly...

"The property was nice and the staff was very nice. However, our air conditioner leaked water on the floor …. as in the floor was soaked. We reported it on Saturday night. We checked out Monday morning. It was never fixed. Their solution was to give us more towels to put on the floor. My husband had to walk on the soaked floor to get in and out of bed. On a good note they serve an amazing complimentary breakfast on the weekend."

"I was very pleasantly surprised that this Holiday Inn is a good as properties the cost appreciatively more. The hotel was immaculate. My room was very nice. The staff was wonderful. You could eat there and there was a bar that I think was only beer and wine. If I had business in that area again, I would definitely stay at this Holiday Inn."

"Served our needs adequately for 3 days while moving. Room was ok would have preferred 2 beds but they only had one with couch. Breakfast was very skimpy no muffins or pastries etc. Staff was nice. Accommodated our 2 small dogs. Location was good for our needs."

"The room was to be non-smoking, it wasn't. That was the least of the issues. The room didn't smell of smoke but smelled awful- permeated everything from clothes to travel bags. Everything we had with us went into the washer when we got home, regardless of if we wore it. Bathroom was filthy from the walls to the tub to the floor. We did not shower there - tub was disgusting. Hairdryer was broken - when picked up fell into 2 pieces and greasy dirty. Furniture was bad - long deep scratches in...

"Breakfast was decent, hotel and room was clean, only negative thing was that the pool water was so chlorinated it was murky. We only stayed 1 night, 2 adults, 2 kids. Hotel was close to many restaurants and a Wawa. Ordered DoorDash from Cheesecake Factory. Check in and check out staff were very friendly. Would stay again."

"Room was fairly clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. The AC unit was a bit loud (according to my fiancé) but at least it worked! Bathroom was clean, single sink, roomy shower. Breakfast looked great, but we opted for Dunkin that is walkable from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a 90th bday party and a wedding during our stay so pretty busy but they got everything settled. Overall 9/10 would stay again."
