Cari Hotel di Puerto Plata

"Todo muy bueno"

"No me gustó que un empleado me habló mal"

"So nice and helpful staff!"

"Todo estuvo excelente, pero considero que hay un aspecto que deberían mejorar: la ubicación de los bares, ya que están demasiado lejos de la piscina. No es justo tener que salir de la piscina y caminar tanto para buscar una bebida. Además, mientras me dirigía al bar, casi sufro una caída debido a que estaba mojada y el piso estaba resbaladizo. Tuve suerte de que una persona me extendiera la mano para ayudarme. Les recomiendo habilitar un bar más cerca de la piscina y prestar mayor atención a la...

"We had a great time and loved our ocean view room (we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from there). The food was good and the staff on the select side was very welcoming and always ready to help. We usually go twice per year and always enjoy our stay."

"They only serve house wines either the white or the red tasted like soap water, no drinkable. It’s almost impossible for them to get you a reservation for the restaurants for the same day, even passing by and noticing they are not full at all. The people that work there seem so sad or angry and you feel like it’s your fault. Rooms are very outdated it could have been cleaned better and things falling apart. IT HAS POTENCIAL TO BE BETTER. Also don’t plan to take an uber they won’t let you, only...

"A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great"

"The property is amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful, I recommend this place to other guests 100% 👌definitely will go back"

"Had an ant problem in my room..also hot water was a hit or miss ..took some cold showers."

"Food was OK resort beautiful staff is beautiful and friendly"

"I liked it overall; however, the pools should be repainted and cleaned every day."

"Excelente! Me encantó"

"Love the beach .staff,"

"En servicio al cliente son mil de mil, la propiedad está bien hermosa e higiénica y después que se termine de remodelar va estar mil de mil"

"They have these transportation van in the facility that people felt like sardines. Too much restrictions and that we have to purchase with them in order to have more privileges. I booked a vacation not a timeshare deal. What they had me do for 4 hours I should have paid only $300 dollars for the reservation. Other timeshares do the same, I have visited several. This was over-priced considering that I was going to have a timeshare interview. If I knew this was going to happened I wouldn't book...
