"Great room. Great staff. Great breakfast (oatmeal toppings were terrific!) Exercise room could have better free weights for women. (I.e 12.5 or at least 15s) nice touch for towels and brita water in exercise room!!! Cable machine needs servicing. "

"The hotel was super cool. I liked that they had ambience in the lobby, complete with music and hang out spots. The rooms were immaculate, and I liked there was laundry and a kitchen. The location was close to downtown, so everything was walkable. However, being in the core of Ottawa, there were some questionable people hovering nearby. I didn’t feel unsafe with my children, I just made sure to keep an eye on things as we walked through. "

"Would be nice to have inclusive breakfast On site to start the day. Very expensive restaurants nearby. Loud evenings, it is very busy and lots of things going on! The rooms are nice and quiet! Balcony is fantastic. "

"The hotel room was clean and had all the amenities we needed; we appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as the cafe onsite. The room was not very sound proof, and we could hear noise from outside as well as the room above late at night. A lot of interesting people walking around outside the hotel late at night, but it’s the same in all bigger downtown areas."

"We loved our weekend stay here at arlo Sonder in Ottaw! Great location, we could walk everywhere! The room was also great, perfect for what we needed. The only thing I would note was that we couldn’t make the air conditioner go lower at night and we are warm sleepers! We loved our stay thought!! Super easy check in and check out. All yourself! An extra was the luggage storage! "
