The room was in great condition, the staff courteous. The spa was littered with people and drinks in the evening, loud conversations. The resort has little natural sunlight in restaurants, in room: ask about the lighting before renting a room to work in. The food, both restaurants, was excellent.

Clean room. Excellent proximity to spa if you want to go. Close to lots of great stuff including casino Lac Lemay. Nice Japanese Fusion restaurant on site with excellent sushi and Mattice the great bartender. Great price makes this almost a steal of a deal.

What a great stay. Staff was wonderful. Suite was lovely (would be nice to have this room option, with 2 beds). Great having Koena Spa on site. Ono restaurant was good. Only downside is if you go with an older person, getting in and out of tub for a shower is very dangerous.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, restaurants for dinner (Ono and Kato) were great but service was very slow for breakfast at Ono, as well as being overpriced for the options offered. Would go back to enjoy the spa and a relaxing vacation! Rooms were very clean and well maintained.
