"We had a great stay! Marie on the front desk was very friendly, checked us in quite early and upgraded our room! THANKS , it was great!! We were travelling with two small children and the 2 bedroom modern unit was very spacious and safe for the kids to play . Very close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. Location was perfect for us. The room itself wasn’t cleaned to the standard you would hope for a hotel (earplug left on floor in bedroom, quite dusty) but it didn’t hinder our stay...

"My only complaint is that the tv options were lacking, no way to cast to the TV, no option on the TV for Netflix or Disney. And the only movies available for rent were not even new movies. Everything else about our stay exceeded expectations. "

"Place is great and perfect for meetings in Ottawa with La cocotte restaurant being one of the highlight as well. I would stay away from rooms at lower level facing the internal courtyard- too noisy at night. I requested a room change at 22:00 upon check-in which was done very kindly and swiftly. Overall a good option in Ottawa."

"You got to start offering more than just two bottles of water per stay. It should be per day for diamond members, that’s the bare minimum, especially if I’m not gonna get the $15 food/drink credit. Too many of Hilton hotels like this offer not incentive or perk for being diamond. So why don’t I just book the cheapest hotel I can find? Why seek out Hiltons if there’s no real benefit?"

"Be aware that the swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, etc advertised on their website is NOT free, there is an expensive fee to use it, it is belonging to a spa attached to the hotel. I did not appreciate the surpize on arrival."

"he location is unbeatable—everything you need is within walking distance, from restaurants and shops to attractions and transit. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and all amenities were fully functional and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant and bar exceeded expectations with excellent service and high-quality food and drinks. A perfect choice for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a bit of luxury during their stay."

"I like the area and convenience of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and super nice. Not too much info about where the amenities are- gym, pool etc... I thought the rooms were a little dated and rough. They haven't been updated in a while and it shows they have aged badly and what was once modern and sleek now looks old and dingy.. The price for the quality is a little steep in my opinion. I expected more."

"Hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. Service was excellent. Front desk employee ,Paul, was amazing, friendly and beyond helpful. There are lots of restaurants & shopping closeby. The Lionel Brasserie in the hotel was overpriced for the quality of meals...eat elsewhere. Pool and gym were adequate. Transportation by bus/ train to Ottawa was easy to use . Bus station is beside the hotel. I would definitely return !"

"The swimming pool and hot tub by the Eco River Lodge was marvellously surrounded by vegetation, flowers, bushes, trees, birds that makes it very peaceful and relaxing. The 9 am to 11 pm schedule is very good."
