"Good location and clean place, good service"

"Excellent place to stay. It’s obvious how hard they work to keep the place in pristine condition. If I had one thing to complain about perhaps it’s the very dated blow dryer in the bathroom. The rooms are beautifully decorated and super clean. I hope they continue to keep it this way. "

"This resort was wonderful! We loved the room, the location and the view. Room was very cute. Only issues we had were the parking was not very convenient per room, there wasn't a microwave or coffee pot in room. Minor inconveniences for such a wonderful place. Also, we were given a "Free Shark Feeding" ticket that had inaccurate times on it so we were unable to use it. They also give you a list of "things to do" around there which made it sound like they would help you set up trips. No, they are just suggestions which should be planned a few months prior, like the Tortugas boat trip. Other than that, this was a very nice stay and the cutomer service and cleaning ladies did an excellent job! Thank you for such a calm and memorable experience. "

"Fantastic experience from check in-out. Lovely property and staff were polite and helpful. The hotels concierge, Susan-AMAZING. She made us feel at home. From the welcoming champagne toast to her knowledge of the island, its treasures and hotspots, she is a GEM! We will be back."

"Beautiful view. Several pools to choose from . Clean, smells wonderful, comfortable beds. The staff very nice. Only thing is they charge for parking $30.00"
