"Jess was great when checked in, made us feel right at home. The entire resort is beautiful, clean, well maintained. Although the rooms are spacious they’re starting to show their wear and tare, carpets needs a good cleaning or just install tile. Butch and Cole are great at the pool bar and as always every amenity you need to keep yourself busy throughout the day. Great stay overall "

"The Laurette in Key West blew any expectations I had out of the water. The Laurette was absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship was well thought. The place was immaculate. The staff were amazing too shelf customer service WAS TOP SHELF. All staff I had interactions with were beyond helpful. I want to thank the owners of the Laurette!
