Expedia and the hotel separately charged resort fees and at check out we did have to pay an additional 65 dollars per day on that. Did love the pool, loved the view. Great for kids and families. Wait staff at the pool was very limited- would be great to have QR code ordering by the pool- would increase their revenue I would think. "

"Our once-in-a-lifetime family trip was deeply disappointing because of our experience with the restaurant staff at Oceans Edge Resort & Marina Key West. Their rude and unprofessional behavior had a major negative impact on what should have been a special vacation. We chose to eat most of our meals at the resort for convenience, but unfortunately, each interaction left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. We did our best not to let it ruin our trip, but it was hard to overlook given how often we had to deal with the restaurant staff. The property itself has potential, but management needs to take a serious look at the employees representing the dining experience. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this property on our next trip to Key West. If I could rate the restaurant staff lower, I would."

"Very cute little hotel. Got a room on the bay side and it was 100% worth every penny. Fell in love with the property and i will for sure be back. "

"We had a great time. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The beach and two pools are perfectly located. A easy walk to Duval st. The rooms are nice but not much storage or closet space for clothing. The showers could use some shelving for personal shower products. The food and drinks are outrageously expensive, so you may wa t to think about dinner and drinks elsewhere. Overall we really loved the place. The staff was amazing. We will come back next year. "
