"Beautiful scenery, super close- walking distance to ride a gondola to a major world renowned attraction (volcano). Super baby and kid friendly; we got a balcony room facing the lake which allowed us to open the screened door to get fresh air. "Really great furnishings. We enjoyed the indoor onsen, which was already on for us at the right temperature when we arrived. The property has a manual in English which allowed us to understand how to operate all of the major appliances like the microwave oven and the washer / dryer. The check-in process was the most involved of any property we stayed in in Japan."
