"It's the holidays so the line was long checking in, but it moved along. Front desk check-in was very friendly, explained all the amenities, how to get to our room. Stopped at the Concierge (Jeff) and he helped with the Uber credit being offered by the hotel. The room was very comforable, clean, bed and pillows were excellent. I think the thing that stood out most to me was the next morning when I went to grab a coffee, the Concierge Jeff was working and as I walked by (he looked busy so I didn't want to disturb him) he said "Good morning Charmaine!" I was tickled pink that he remembered my name after all the people he must deal with in a day. I felt like a special guest. "
