Great stay, good food, good service, amazing hospitality

Hotel Nikko is a very clean, well-maintained and well-managed hotel. I stayed 3 nights, enjoyed the heated pool and enjoyed in-room dining breakfast. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

An amazing, luxury stay from start to finish. Of all my stays at different hotels, this was my absolute favorite. The hotel was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond. It was my guest birthday, they sent up a gorgeous complimentary tray with tea and a card wishing her a happy birthday. The room was spacious. We were allowed to check in early and upgraded to a higher floor. Staying at Hotel Nikko felt like a peaceful oasis in a busy city.

Clean room, beautiful lounge, and fantastic pool and gym!
