"This hotel stay was the worst I have ever experienced. "

"The rooms are expensive and very sparse. There were no water bottles provided. There was no microwave. For the price I would expect more. They also charge $150/day extra for ‘amenities’ which ‘will be refunded if unused’ in 4-6 days. Ridiculous. "

"Bathroom sink had scolding hot water. Moved the handle left right and center with no luck. I didn't bother staff with it because check in time was at 3 and I had to walk to oracle for the game at 415. There is no parking, and there is a 75 deposit fee, neither of which I was aware of before booking and arriving. I found a barbed wire fence with overnight parking for $40 behind the property, and there was a parking garage a few buildings away similarly priced. I won't stay here again"

"The hotel is in very good shape, all clean, has all amenities; Parking in garage was expensive at $49/night and was not included in price. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY DID NOT TELL US IF YOU ARE NEXT TO ELEVATORS YOU WILL GET TERRIBLE NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG!! (EVERY 5 -20 SECONDS THE WALLS SEEMED TO SHAKE AND NOISE WAS CRAZY LOUD. INITILLY WE THOUGHT IT IS FROM THE NOISY STREET AND IT WILL DIE DOWN LATER AT NIGHT. AS A RESULT WE COULD NOT SLEEP AT ALL AND WE HAD IMPORTANT MEETING EARYLY NEXT MORNING THAT IS THE REASON FOR TWO STARS SO KNOW IF YOU STAY HERE, DO NOT ACCEPT A ROOM CLOSE TO ELEVATORS !!!!"
