"Location & roof terrace were excellent. Our room wasn’t a great location a single frosted internal facing window meant zero view and limited natural light. Shower water pressure was poor. Hair dryer was also poor."

"Unfortunately the room assigned to of us had black mold around the base of the shower. The shower in general was dirty and need major maintenance. The rug was very dirty and stained. The young man who greeted us at check was rude and unapologetic. The young lady I spoke with the following day was very attentive and offered us another room but for one night more we chose to stay in our room. Later that day we were offered a 15% discount on our booking which we were very great full for but we did not expect the cleanliness of this hotel to be that poor. I would not stay there again. "

"Okay minimal hotel. Room design wasn't very compatible with staying ventilated, unfortunately--- Windows all go into the shower bathroom area by design. During my time there the hotel also suffered a data breach and containing details of my stay (not CC details), resulting is being targeted by scams. Staff was very helpful, room was clean."

"we had such a lovely stay. only thing was the cleaning staff were really loud early in the mornings. Otherwise the property was lovely, reception was helpful and the location was ideal to see everything we wanted to by walking distance!"

"Room was a good size and bathroom had a great shower. Hotel was in a good location for sightseeing and staff helpful whenever approached for assistance. Everything was very clean with bedding changed daily. Would visit again and recommend."
