We chose this hotel primarily as it had car parking for our rental vehicle, with good access to the airport road. The room was ok - comfy bed, the breakfast and evening meal were good and it was near a metro station. However, we found the corridors dark and gloomy, didn’t like the bathroom set up (sink in room, toilet and shower together), but most of all, the area around the hotel wasn’t particularly nice.

We arrived early at the hotel and were greeted by an outstanding, warm, friendly and helpful reception! We received that same standard of care and service during our stay from the whole team at Grums! We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, and we would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Barcelona!

Property is good. Staff is nice. What i did not like is that when i arrived early, my room was ready, but they would only allow me to access it for a 25 EUR fee. Why? The room is allocated to me, why charge for it. Strikes me as cheap.

The hotel was in a reasonable location, which was one of the positives of our stay. However, overall, I was disappointed with the standard of the accommodation. The rooms were dirty and extremely outdated, which was not what I expected. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and the condition of the rooms really let the hotel down. The spa also seemed very overpriced, especially considering it wasn't included in the stay. Although I didn't use the spa, I feel that access should have been complimentary for hotel guests rather than an additional expense. Overall, the location was reasonable, but the cleanliness and outdated rooms made the experience disappointing. The hotel would benefit from a significant refurbishment and improvements to its cleaning standards to offer guests better value for money.

A great hotel in a good location to walk to various parts of the city whilst also being quiet and not hectic. The room was simple and effective. The outdoor space could be made a feature in itself but is only some casual seating with no focal point at present.
