"Very good place to stay"

"The building is older and needs updating. Overall I enjoyed my stay"

"Parkade has max height of 5’6” and limited exterior parking. There was no hot water in our room but the staff was very helpful and we were able to move into a different room for the 2nd night. However in-room coffee maker didn’t work and fridge froze all our fresh items. Breakfast was not included and restaurant and coffee counter didn’t start service until 730am which was too late for early risers in town for a swim competition."

"Room itself was ok, however i will never stay in this hotel again solely because of parking. Although they have underground parking a larger vehicle does not fit. Drove circles round the parking lot for half hour waiting for somewhere to park. "

"I booked 2 rooms on Expedia, they were a great deal, and the as indicated that breakfast was included. Breakfast is not included as advertised, it is only $12.99 and has good value. A note to the hotel, correct your advertisement. Overall, it is a hotel with great value, I would stay again."

"Everything in the hotel was in poor repair. The shower was covered in scum and there was no pressure. Our toilet ran all night long. The lobby and the halls were poorly lit. Breakfast was your below average cold continental, basically what you’d expect in a depressing hotel. "

"It's good for what it is. Wasn't expecting the Hilton for that price. But clean enough for me and my son. "

"Big Clean room, weak shower water, noisy AC at 6/F (whole floor), nice and helpful staffs, breakfast only few choices, far away from west edmonton mall (take around 30 mins)"

"Staff very respectable at check-in. Rooms were clean. Hot tub was operable and able to be used by those with limited disabilities. The pool is only accessible by the fitted ladder and not easily accessible by those with limited disabilities. Dennys & Chop restaurants are directly attached to the hotel and can both be accessed without needing to leave the hotel premises. Handicapped parking is available and located near the main entrance."
