"Nice and spacious rooms, can easily accommodate a family of 6. My wife and I each grabbed a bed and we noticed the couch beside us was a pull out. I slept for 8.5 hours. I usually get 6 on average. Bathroom was also nice and big. Only reason I didn't go five star on this review is the hotel is under renos, which is good that it is being kept up to date, but would like to see what its like after they're done.Continental breakfast was nice. Very friendly staff."

"I liked the rustic design of the bar and restaurant. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Both the counter at the bar and my table in the restaurant were sticky like they had been wiped with a dirty cloth. This was disappointing. The upholstery on some of the restaurant seats is beginning to show significant wear."

"The person at the front desk was very helpful, and parking was readily available, which made check-in convenient. However, there were a few issues that could be improved. The staircase had some garbage, the bedsheets had noticeable stains, there was no complimentary water bottle in the room, and no soap was provided in the washroom. These details felt a bit unprofessional. That said, the room was decent overall and served its basic purpose well for a short stay."

"The room that I stayed in was not good. The sheets had stains, the mattress was in really bad shape, to the point where my neck and back started hurting after two days. The staff is good. They were happy to change my room because of the bed issue."

"I stayed in room 102. I’ve never seen a rug so dirty in my life the bedding was clean, but the whole place needs a work over the shower system the toilet system. The flooring needs totally redone. It’s a dive and if that rug could talk. It’s got 40 years of talking. It’s time to change the flooring."

"For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. The rooms are great being designed like an apartment with one or two bedrooms with full baths. They have full sized kitchens and a living room. "I really enjoyed the dog friendly atmosphere, the breakfast was good, and the pool was nice size. I even enjoyed the gym every morning! Very clean hotel, with kind staff! Will stay again! Thank you!"

"Definitely a great hotel to stay at. There was some confusion on our check-in about the breakfast being included in our stay, but we were able to iron that out. Otherwise, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a room that had been newly renovated, was very nice but the only item that seemed missed was the light fixtures in the bathroom."
