"We stayed here for a total of 6 nights. I could not have been more pleased with our stay! The hotel was so wonderful and clean. It always smelled fresh and clean. Everytime we came into the lobby, i spotted a staff member cleaning and tidying something up. Speaking of the staff, every single one i encountered were extremely kind and friendly. While we were there, a snow storm hit so we decided to extend our stay by a night. The woman at the front desk in the morning worked some magic and made it possible for us to keep our room! Which was so wonderful and greatly appreciated. The pool is open till midnight, which we loved! After a long day shopping, adventuring and visiting, coming back to relax in the hot tub was the best feeling! It is a small pool, but my kids still had a lot of fun. We just stopped at a dollarama and got a few toys and they had a blast! The hot tub is very close to the pool though, so be prepared to get splashed. The location of the pool is perfect! You don't have to walk through the lobby in your bathing suit! It is located to the opposite side of the elevator as the lobby. The breakfast was sooooo awesome! So much fresh variety, and the sitting area was so comfortable! There was also grab and go options. Only change i would suggest is to keep it open till 10 on the weekdays too, it was a struggle to get my kids functioning in time for breakfast some days, but we managed. Our room was PERFECT! It was so quiet, the black out curtains were great! "

"The bathtub was very big. The TV selections were great. Didn't get a chance to try the room service or restaurant but had good selection. Stay was overall great. Will be back for sure. "

"Staff very respectable at check-in. Rooms were clean. Hot tub was operable and able to be used by those with limited disabilities. The pool is only accessible by the fitted ladder and not easily accessible by those with limited disabilities. Dennys & Chop restaurants are directly attached to the hotel and can both be accessed without needing to leave the hotel premises. Handicapped parking is available and located near the main entrance."

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast and room were subpar, but you get what you get for the price."

"Parkade has max height of 5’6” and limited exterior parking. There was no hot water in our room but the staff was very helpful and we were able to move into a different room for the 2nd night. However in-room coffee maker didn’t work and fridge froze all our fresh items. Breakfast was not included and restaurant and coffee counter didn’t start service until 730am which was too late for early risers in town for a swim competition."
