"Clean , spacious room. Fun lobby with cool original rock & roll art. (With an artist creating new art in the lobby.) great outdoor patio, The Yard, to enjoy Wisconsin’’a finest cheese curds and a Spotted Cow on tap."
"This is a beautiful historic hotel and will always be a jewel in Milwaukee. The rooms were well appointed common areas were beautiful. I especially liked the café in the hotel. The food is excellent and the staff could not be more gracious. I do not believe the people working at the reception area are customer service oriented enough for this beautiful and historic hotel."
"House keeping didn’t clean our room during our stay. The only provided us with clean towels
The coffee machine wasn’t working. They didn’t fix the beds nor did they clean anything in the room"
"This was our first time at St. Kate and we loved it. We were in from Chicago to see a show at The Pabst Theater and found out the hotel is actually connected to the theater. Amazing. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The bar was a hot spot for sure. We went there twice during our stay. They also have live music nightly which draws people in. We didnt get to check out Proof Pizza but it looked really good. I just wish they were open later than 9 pm. The staff was friendly and very helpful and professional. I only had one issue. I planned to work from the room and take a few Teams calls. The internet kept dropping and didn't have the bandwidth to allow me to take Teams calls or connect to my company secure portal. That was very surprising in this day and age. I called the front desk and was told that wasn't unusual and the best connection was in the lobby. I needed privacy for my work calls so that didn't work for me. Upon reviewing my bill I see they charged $10.00 for high speed internet. That was disappointing considering it wasn't really functional. My only constructive suggestion is to get your internet up to speed so guests can accessit in their rooms. I would definately stay here again, especially if going to a show, and hope they get the internet worked out. It was overall a really great experience."
