"Staff was nice and friendly, however the hotel is falling into disrepair. Many ceiling leaks and water damage all over property including in the pool area which was actively leaking. Elevator out of service due to a flood on the lower level. Pool water was fairly cold and our room consistently smelled like pot or cigarettes and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. "We left in the early morning to visit relatives. When we returned at 2:30pm I room had not been cleaned. We talked to the front desk and were assured it would be done within an hour. We went to the pool and returned at 4:30. It had not been done and no one ever showed up to do it. Tacky!"
