"Microtel- Janesville has a TON of TV channels to choose from which is wonderful BUT can someone explain to me why Fox News was the only channel muted out? You saw the screen but no sound. CNN was fine, MSNBC was fine, all other news channels and all other channels worked just fine...only FOX News didn't have sound. Why? Hmmmm. I will not go to this hotel again for this reason."

"I booked here after my flight was delayed and Cobblestone properties cancelled my entire reservation with no refund because I was unable to check in on time. The hotel was clean, kind, and so helpful with absolutely everything the entire time of my stay. I will be back the next time I visit."

The door to the room was beat to hell, and greasy finger prints all over the inside of the door. Curtains were torn, floor turned my socks black. The bathroom faucet leaks all over the countertop, and the mold in the shower was too much to bear. The pillows were like pancakes, well past their useful life, and the thin towels smelled like pot. When Expedia called to ensure the rest of the week reservations, without requesting a refund for the first night, the property cancelled the entire reservation and informed them that I would not receive a refund for the entire week.
