All of the staff members were friendly and eager to help when we had questions. As well as immediately resolving an issue with our TV and getting us a soda product that was missing from the lobby. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again when we are back in town.

Always a great stay. We have been staying here a lot recently and will continue to do so. My son goes to college in the area and we are attending the football games. The staff is always friendly and gives great dining advice. Rooms are clean and parking is well lit.

This is typically our choice hotel for when we stay in Janesville. However, our room did not smell the best. It smelt like urine. But the staff is amazing and the food was top notch!! Thank you for making our stay wonderful.
