"Rooms were not up to par. Ceiling can lights would dim and brighten, fire trap? Wi-Fi very poor. Windows didn’t lock, blanket had not been washed or cleaned, hair all over it. Pillows like rocks. No in room phone or coffee. Had to ring bell to get in to the office."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing!! This hotel is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever visited. The pool and courtyard are amazing from its multiple firetables, grill/pizza ovens to its hottub. This is by far the nicest cleanest hotel in Palo Alto. Did i forget to mention the complimentary coffee/latte machine that uses Philz coffee beans. This property also comes equipt with a golf simulator, dog wash room and a full gym.
