"Very clean rooms and great service, loved my stay."

"The initial room smelled strongly of marijuana. They did need up switching us. The hotel is very worn with patches on the walls and carpet falling apart. The doors are glued together as they’ve stopped working. The shower had been repaired with think paint of a different color. The room had not been vaccuumed. The window had mold/mildew growing on it. For a quick stay, it worked. It was right off the interstate and convenient."

"Super convenient to the airport and Starbucks"

"The hallways were sketchy with people outside sitting and smoking and drinking. One elevator didn’t work and they had a water line break so no hot water until next morning. The room was very clean and the person who checked me in was super nice the one who checked me out…eh…not so much. I would stay again because the price was right as long as the water worked"

"If I could leave negative stars I would. It was a disaster from the moment we checked in. Walked to the room and it was a king room and sofa bed. Booked a double queen room. Was told the GM made the change due to water damage. We were basically told to deal with it or go somewhere else. In the middle of the stay at 6pm on a Saturday the shift “supervisor” says he has to close the pool with a whole softball team swimming, he just ran off a baseball team, to “do a routine clean” of the pool. "Quick overnight in town. Clean room & bathroom. AC worked in the room. Hallways were a little stuffy, but that's alright."

"The checkin and checkout process was great because the staff was friendly. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and needs attention. The was no way to plug the bathtub."

"Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel."

"My experience with Homewood suites was excellent! The room was great it was clean Very spacious and the decor in the room and throughout the hotel was the best. I love the pool table feature a very nice touch. I will not stay anywhere else but Hilton hotels. There is no comparison with other hotels. The breakfast was delicious, the dinner was delicious especially the buffalo wings!! There was plenty of fun and laughter in the lobby in the evenings at the bar. The staff was so accommodating...

"The first day we got back our door was left open. Then we were getting in bed and there was black hair all over blankets and pillows asked for them to be changed and they just brought us sheets and had to change them ourselves and they just internet was down had no tv or internet"
