"The check in clerk was a nice man but he must get off a 5. The night clerk (long blonde hair woman in her late 30s maybe) was rude and not helpful at all. I asked her about the TV channels and if they had a list. She told what channel had the guide but, when I asked about HBO (advertised on their sign) she answered that she had told me what channels the guide was on. I explained I couldn't find it listed she answered that I just needed to look at the guide channels. The milk at the breakfast area was sour. I actually spit it out in the sink there. I showered and walked barefoot to the bed (my bad) and the bottom of my feet were dirty by the time I walked 20 feet."
