Trundle is a unique property focused on delivering a unique thematic approach to their hotel services to both business and personal customers. I found the facility condition and breakfast offerings excellent. They are also convenient to downtown and University of South Carolina. Perhaps most important, their rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location with parking on site for $18 a night. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean. Only downsides were not enough places to put stuff in the bathroom and the water pressure was poor. The room was pretty dark too. The good bits definitely outweighed any downsides and I'd happily stay there again.

Excellent hotel! Beautiful darling suite!! *significant to note that this is a historical building. Wood floors are ORIGINAL, so they creek and squeak. Part of the charm, but if youre easily bothered…

The property is elegant and the staff was nice and very helpful. My biggest issue was not enough breakfast items. That’s all. Great hotel though and an amazing staff. We will be returning in the near future.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Everything was perfect except for the dirty shower. I am a stickler for cleanliness, so to see visible mold/water quality buildup and hair inside/outside of the shower was a bit disturbing to say the least. The staff was impeccable, the hotel itself was aesthetically pleasing and the complementary breakfast was great! Parking is a bit of a hassle since it’s limited nearby and a walk across the street into a garage as a secondary option… but that’s the city for you!
