"The staff made this stay exceptional. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, Check-in was smooth, and throughout our stay the team was professional, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of. The location was another highlight. It’s in a great spot with easy access to the city centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it convenient to explore Leeds on foot. It’s an excellent base. Close to the train station.I’d definitely stay here again."

"No water pressure in the hotel whatsoever! We were on the third floor (2xfamily room) and neither room had pressure. We realised this was a bigger issue with the long queues at reception and many people complaining. When we asked for support the hotel staff were dismissive and said there is nothing they can do. The food at breakfast was basic and not replenished in good time. The hotel knew of the issue prior to our arrival, I would have preferred to have been informed and given the option of a...

"Was jumping in shower noticed no shampoo/conditioner or body wash anywhere in room, called front desk, took almost 1/2 hour to bring it to room. Called for room service for breakfast while I packed and worked and was told they are not doing room service because restaurant was busy with pre-paid breakfast guests. Asked for a late checkout 45 mins to 1hr max.. said fine but would charge me for it."

"Excellent stay until check out. Had paid on arrival for the 3 rooms and parking. On check out I was then informed that there had been a mistake when we checked in and that I owed a further £3 for 2 of the rooms. Considering how much I had paid for 3 rooms with balcony for 2 nights and because it was the venues mistake it would have better customer service to write the £6 off."
