"Very conveniently located and well fitted out apartment room with generous courtesy provisions supplied as well. Very handy secure parking in basement for an additional charge.
Only minor issues were lack of air con (room gets warm even with windows open on a mid-September day), no microwave and a slightly soft bed.
NB Rooms on third floor on Park Place side also overlooked by taller balcony flats opposite."

"We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits."

"Not sure if it was due to Expedia or the host but I got too many emails once I’d made the booking and I was badgered to check-in but the process wasn’t clear and I had to download an app which seemed totally pointless. This said, I gave up with the tech and spoke to someone from Deuce Hotels and he was excellent. He was professional and reassuring and the codes for the door arrived via email as promised. The property itself does not look very welcoming as you go in a back door next to the bins....

"Gorgeous apartment. Honestly exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and well equipped as well as being beautifully furnished and decorated. I cannot recommend highly enough!"

"The apartment was good, but the company took a 100 GBP damage deposit (it was supposed to be a hold but the money was debited from my account). They then claimed not to have actually taken the money (despite evidence to the contrary) and despite acknowledging the need to return the damage deposit claim to have done so without actually having done so (because they claim it was just a hold).
