"Once they found me in the system check in was smooth. I had an amazing view oceanfront with balcony. I would have liked a microwave in the room for my hot tea, especially after traveling so long, getting in late. The restaurant only serves breakfast. I would have liked to of ordered room service. I was upset that my beach chair and umbrella was taken away at 5:30 the next day. I had a six hour tour and wanted to then relax on the beach. The attendant pack up very loudly too. My stay was good for the short time there."

"We first arrived in the room they gave us was a suite and the only thing they had in there was a couch. Looks nothing like the pictures. The bedroom had two double beds and one nightstand and no plug-ins for lamps for your phones. They did upgrade us after we complained. The next room was better. It was filled with furniture and lamps and nightstands, but the blackout curtains weren’t blackout curtains. It was bright. The bathrooms had missing tiles and dirty grout. We had friends and other rooms and they were experiencing similar in their bathrooms. They really just need to update and remake a lot of repairs."

"BEWARE!!!!!! I rented the Penthouse Suite with the pool on top of the building. After an hour of checking in, they said the pool was leaking and we needed to change rooms. Rather than the Penthouse or even a balcony suite they placed us in a standard suite, which at the time was renting for 1/3 of the price of the penthouse suite. During this move they said they would give me 1/2 of my prepaid fees back. Not total compensation but at least something. The problem isn't even getting moved when the leak occurred that can be understood. It is that they haven't provided the refund for the service they proposed. They simply will not respond. I have emailed multiple times, called the front desk and been transferred where they don't pick up the phone and used Expedias service to reach out (also unhelpful). They have replied to a message through Expedias site acknowledging the facts and then still do not provide the credit. In short do not trust this hotel they blatantly scammed us, proposed a remedy, and then they refuse to provide their remedy or even to reply to communication. This is as serious of a warning as I can make it. WATCH OUT!!!!!!!"
