"Had a great time at Riu Cancun! The location is amazing, food and drinks were great, and the staff was super friendly. My only suggestion would be to update the bedrooms — I could hear everything going on next door, and the TVs and room decor could use a more modern touch. Overall still a great experience!"

"My fiancée and I had an amazing experience, from the moment we checked in even though we were a little early they offered us a room right away and once settled the staff gave us a tour of the property. The resort had all the things we needed from beautiful views, pools, beach access, and plenty of drinks & dining options. All the staff was nice, helpful and always making sure we were well taken care of. A special thanks to Sinai and Alex, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible. Sinai was great with setting up dinner reservations and activities for my fiancée and me. The resort exceeded all of our expectations and we can't wait to return. Thank you staff!"
