Comfortable apartment in a quiet area within walking distance from the center. WiFi was unreliable and hot water was almost never available when I needed it most and had to adapt when less guests were around. Great that we were able to store our luggage there before our departure in the evening.

Our stay at Centrico Live was very nice. It was calm and quiet with beautiful bougainvillea to look at while sitting outside. There is a convenient cafe with good coffee very close. The street parking would get crowded but we were able to find spots not too far away.

It's a great place to stay, short walk to Zocalo Center and Santo Domingo, the apartment is very nice, it has some dishes and pans to use, staff is very helpful, definitely would return

Great place for one night in Centro

Very good communication and flexibility. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Street parking is difficult, but I fortunately found a good spot. Close to coffee & food. Centro is just $60 pesos taxi ride away.

The property is located very close to Historic Center. The apartment lacks cleanliness super noisy. Not a very pleasant place to stay.

We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful place, Doña Eva is very nice and kind!!! The location is around 5 streets from downtown, and everything was very clean. The only think I'd suggest is tell the guests be quieter early in the mornings, please.

Abdolute gem

We really enjoyed our stay at Centrico. The room was extremely clean, and we loved the simple but stylish design they used for it. The shower was hot, the bed was comfy. The complex itself is also absolutely beautiful, filled with plants. We could leave our car inside the gate for a reasonable fee, so we didn't have to bother with parking. Communication was always swift, and the on-site cleaning lady was lovely.

The room was very nice, it was clean and comfortable! The only downside is that it’s advertised as being in the “centro” of Oaxaca, but it’s actually pretty far off from it. The area has no Centro charm, not sure if it’s a residential area but there are no shops, restaurants or even foot traffic. I was pretty nervous going out to find a place to eat after dark. There is no staff at the property, all communication was via WhatsApp. One major downside was I paid for breakfast but had to leave the hotel and walk down the block to a little restaurant which also served as a “front desk” for the hotel. Honestly, I ate there only once even though I paid for breakfast every morning of my stay. The food and service were, IMO very lacking. I certainly wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. All in all, my stay was pleasant for the price. I would recommend IF being in the Centro (were all the city action is) isn’t a priority.

I liked the functional and spacious apartment and the accommodating staff. it was nice to have drinking water provided. There was only one wash machine used by the business so it was nice to pay the maid to wash clothes for us. The location was ok for us since we did not go out at night, the Zocalo was about 15 min. walk. They could have paid more attention to details like grungy windows, holes where roaches are coming in, getting mite bites, worn and inadequate cooking pots, low water pressure in the kitchen, synthetic blend towels, sheets, and linen. Our 2 bedroom family unit was not air-conditioned but it had a fan. During the night, it can get chilly but there were no blankets, just a bedspread. It was an ok place for our family of 4 for 19 19-night stays, I felt like I was able to 'make do'. There's no dishwasher in the kitchen as advertised (I think this is due to a language barrier, and not intentional). All in all, it was nice to have a kitchen and clean space to come back to after touring but I would not say it was charming.
