"Great boutique hotel! I found it a bit weird that on the first night, after I noticed two empty glasses gone, they mentioned that they prep the rooms for turn down in the evenings. This was not mentioned at check in and the details they claimed to place during this process, such as chocolates and touch ups, were not present."

"I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. "

"Had a really great stay here! The hotel was nice, comfortable, and in a great location. Housekeeping was great, and I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee. I also tried the massage service which was excellent and such a relaxing experience.
Only small note for makeup wearers: I’d recommend bringing a makeup mirror or small ring light. The bathroom lighting wasn’t the best for getting ready, and every time I got in the elevator I realized I couldn’t fully see my makeup application in...

"I’ve traveled to Mexico several times, and this was by far the best stay my wife, son, and I have experienced. The location in Roma Norte was perfect, with Álvaro Obregón just steps away, offering excellent restaurants, shops, cafés, and plenty to explore.
The neighborhood felt very safe both day and night, making it easy to walk around and enjoy the area. At the same time, it was quiet enough to provide a great night’s sleep after a full day of sightseeing.

"This hotel is brand new and it was a perfect stay in Roma Norte. We were traveling with a 6 month old baby so we were looking for something with good AC, quiet rooms, and blackout curtains. That’s hard to find in Roma Norte and we are lucky that this place opened just in time. There was a bit of a confusion on our room type when we arrived, but the front desk went out of their way to fix it and make sure we had a good stay. Great location, great service, great rooms! I would definitely stay...

"It is a very charming place that feels special - you can clearly see that someone put their heart and effort into it. I loved the breakfast, started with fruits followed by a fresh warm dish. People were very friendly and helpful. The doors are not very soundproof, but it is a small B&B with not many guests, so in the end it was not a bother. Overall, I felt calm already when I stepped in and was very happy to be there. I would stay again."
