"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。
今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"

"We had a very satisfying and excellent experience during our 8-night stay at INNEST HAKATA. In fact, we felt at home. The room (we booked a superior triple room for 2 adults and 2 kids) was spacious and very clean, with a balcony. It had a functional kitchen, with all required utensils and tableware, a two-stove induction cooktop, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. "Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan.
15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc
Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort.
