舒服且位置良好

居住地點走路兩分鐘就到藥妝店了，附近停車場很多，房間很大很舒適 ，住起來很舒服，唯一缺點就是進房間的鎖有點難按，有點壞掉了，建議可以更新一下電子鎖的部分，不然都試了很久，按鍵一直無法回彈😂😂

夜間のチェックインで困りました

お部屋は広く清潔で洗濯機もありよかったのですが、２３時にチェックインしようとしたら無人。チェックイン用のタブレットに予約番号や名前を入れても出てこず、滞在できないかと思いました。電話をしたらタブレットに情報を送りました、と言われたのですが画面が変わらず。タブレットが不具合のようです、とのこと。結局部屋に入る情報は口頭で教えてもらいました。タブレットの不具合を本部側で確認できないならせめて直通の電話を置いておくべきです。スマホの電源が切れていたら滞在できないということになります。

部屋は広くて快適でした。ミニキッチンや部屋に洗濯機と、トイレとバスルームは別で浴槽までありました。 残念な点は、チェクインのタブレットに何度入力しても予約がないで時間がかかり、電話するにも電話番号を探すのにも時間が… 電話が繋がればスムーズに進みました。 あと、上の階に子供が泊まっていたのか？夜中に走り回っていました(ホテル側に非はないですが)隣の音も自分の部屋？って錯覚したくらい笑 だけど、部屋が気に入ったのでまた利用させて頂きます。お世話になりました。

駅は1番平尾？駅が近かった。渡辺通駅からは徒歩13分ほどで着いた。真っ直ぐな道なのでマップアプリを使えば迷うことはないと思う。セブンとツルハドラッグが近いので朝ごはんとかはそこで買っておいて食べた。連泊の場合タオルは部屋にあるカゴに入れて外に置いておくと変えてくれてありがたかった。部屋は乾燥していたので自分で何か対策できたら快適だと思う。チェックインは自分の名前でチェックインか、番号でチェックインだが、検索かけても予約がありませんと表示されたので、電話をかけて対応してもらえた。すぐに対応していただき安心しました。その後に他の宿泊者の住所や名前を打ち込んでチェックインが終わった。
