"While I enjoyed the cruise, I should note that 1. All numbers listed for the boat were disconnected and my messages through expedia were never answered. Expedia staff were also unable to reach anyone associated with the cruise. As the result, it was very difficult for me to find out the location of departure dock for the cruise.
