The only problem is when I first arrive they asked for my credit card and I couldn’t understand the girl but she said something about $200 so when I checked out I’ve just looked at my bank statement and they’ve taken $200 off and I don’t know why I’ve tried to ring them four times but they’re not answering. . Hopefully you might be able to explain to me what $200 is for."
