I reported this to the front desk, and they confirmed that they had not seen the face cleanser bottle and do not discard guests' belongings. "This hotel was just what we wanted. Close to train station, within walking to pick up our rental car, handy to lots of restaurants, supermarket and laundromat. Stayed here twice and would highly recommend. We will be back"

"Great location - close to airport, walk to train station for city loop, cafes and supermarket all close. Friendly staff on arrival. Suites are very spacious and beds, pillows and linen are all very nice. Great amenities - only suggestion would be for face cloths and coffee sachets to be provided. The pod coffee wasn’t great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. "
