"Very nice hotel, staff was friendly and super helpful! The room was so nice! The pool and bar were a nice end to a hot day at the beach…there were towel and beach chair available for use at the beach. My daughter and I had a lovely time!"

"The staff were super cordial and attentive, so were the cleaning crew. We got a free upgrade to our room, which was awesome and a great surprise for our vacation! I just wish they gave free water bottles instead of the ones filled in the glass bottles, they kind of smelled funky. Also I couldn’t get the balcony door open on my room. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and had great amenities. The rooms were super clean and I loved the Aesop soap. I would definitely come back!"

"The access to the pool/beach is a little odd given that you have to go through the restaurant, maybe if we stay at the tower next time the access will be better but I will need to ask. The valet also takes longer than most places. Staff are mostly amazing."

"The property was beautiful and the room upgrade was perfect. The pool area is very nice and has plenty of seating. The only improvement would be to have access to a microwave to heat up leftovers. When we asked we were told a microwave would be an additional $25 fee. I’ve never been charged for a microwave, other hotels bring it to your room upon request."

"They stopped caring for customers service. They are closing it all down on Aug 20 so it’s an attitude issue that no one cares about it. I guess everyone is losing their job too. It’s a nice property and incredible location. Shame it’s ghetto"

"Walls were thin and there is a space between the door and floor. Due to this, you could hear everything making it hard to sleep at night."

"I booked the National hotel for a late week break in Miami Beach with the intention of seeing a show the 2nd night. We had a Cabana room, which has a balcony overlooking the pool. This is an amazing property. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the pool is fantastic, and we ended up canceling our evening plans the 2nd night so we could enjoy more time at the hotel. It's a perfect hotel to relax, enjoy and shut out the world for a moment. 100% would stay here again."

"The property was amazing. The rooftop pool was key very peaceful angelic. It definitely was a nice getaway central location to decent food spots and if you needed to go to any banking options that have multiple around and if you took an Uber 20 minutes at most early morning to the airport."
