The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to shops, public transport, and restaurants. The room was reasonably clean and had the basic facilities needed for a short stay. However, the building is a bit dated and some maintenance could be improved. Noise can be an issue at times, and communication with management wasn’t always smooth. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re looking for affordability and location rather than comfort or luxury.

I had a huge apartment on 7th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, kitchen & Lounge. It was PERFECT although it was a freezing night, and the 1 split system heater struggled to keep the whole unit warm. Overall, VERY Pleased, will certainly use again!!

There was an uncomfortable smell in hallways, a permanent resident had a loud party, allocated parking unavailable ending with street parking which didn’t feel safe, beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were clean.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately Dandenong is full of closed shops which is a shame. Good security on the streets but probably due to past issues. If you need to stay in Dandenong at a very reasonable price this is a great option

The property is right in Dandenong, easy access, restaurant at site was great. Room was tidy and suited my needs. Needed a little maintenance in room, remote batteries nearly flat and a few loose screws here and there on doors etc.

Getting in contact with property from overseas was extremely difficult when booking through Expedia. Facilities were not clean and very noisy rooms. Not comfortable at all. Do not recommend staying here. Very disappointed.

I was worried it would be noisy because of the location however it wasn't the cars that were noisy, it was the seagulls!! Dandenong isn't even near the beach but there were so many seagulls! The apartment was great, the walls could do with a paint as they are quite marked but that doesn't affect the location or the enjoyment of the property. Beds were comfy, the comfiest bed was the single bed my daughter was in! It was great being able to walk to the supermarket for a late night snack! It was only 16 minutes from family so we'll definitely stay again. Staff were awesome!

Picture of the hotel is not the same as seeing the hotel in the flesh. Not happy with the cleanness of the hotel and you have to through your own rubbish never have I done that before. Will never stay there again
